Throughout his distinguished career, Marthinus has held senior legal leadership roles at tier-one international organizations. As General Counsel & Company Secretary at PXGEO, he oversaw corporate secretarial functions, risk reviews, compliance, acquisitions, and contract negotiation for high-value projects. As General Counsel at OiLSERV, he established and led the Legal & Compliance function for over ten years, successfully negotiating major upstream oil & gas service agreements and Oil & Gas EPC contracts. As Region General Counsel for Weatherford, he led high-value upstream oil and gas service and supply agreement negotiations, directed the establishment of multiple subsidiaries and branches across jurisdictions, and managed all legal affairs across a Sub-Saharan Africa market spanning more than ten active countries. His early years in private legal practice in South Africa built a strong foundation in litigation, contracts, and intellectual property disciplines that remain central to his executive legal work.  Naseer Matrood is a seasoned oilfield project manager and operations leader with over 20 years of international experience in well construction, pumping services, and upstream energy operations. He has run multi-million-dollar contracts, owned business P&Ls, and built high-performing teams across demanding oil and gas markets. At Numerous Investment, he brings deep operational insight to evaluating, executing, and scaling energy-sector opportunities across the MENA region.

Naseer built his career with Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB) across Egypt, Tunisia, the United States, and Iraq, progressing from field engineer to senior leadership. His roles included deepwater pumping services in the Gulf of Mexico and BP Account Manager for a US$15 million-per-year contract in Iraq. As Operations Manager, he held full P&L ownership of a US$36 million-per-year well services business with a team of 75 professionals. He later served as Project Manager on an US$85 million ENI contract in the Zubair field, directing four work-over rigs and integrated well services. With Iraqi oilfield services companies, he managed a US$8 million-per-year operation and recruited more than 600 engineers and specialists in under six months. Since 2023, as Country Manager for Actichem in Iraq, he has more than doubled upstream chemical sales within his first year.

Naseer holds an M.Sc. in Communication and Network Engineering and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He also has professional project management training from Canada and France and advanced programs in well integrity, finance, and QHSE management. An Iraqi-Canadian professional, he is a native Arabic speaker with full professional fluency in English and working proficiency in French, enabling him to work seamlessly with national oil companies, international operators, and multinational teams.

Socrat also brings significant regional institutional weight from his time with the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar).   Necib Çebi is a Turkish-qualified lawyer and senior legal advisor specializing in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, dispute resolution, and complex cross-border transactions. He advises entrepreneurs, investors, shareholders, and corporate clients on transaction structuring, contract negotiation, legal due diligence, regulatory risk, and the establishment and operation of corporate ventures.

Throughout his career, Necib has handled a broad range of sophisticated commercial matters, including business acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance documentation, settlement negotiations, and high-value contractual disputes. His practice combines rigorous legal analysis with a commercially focused approach, enabling clients to identify transaction risks, protect their strategic interests, and develop practical structures for sustainable growth.

  Shahin Benhamad is an Associate Member of Numerous Investment, where he contributes to the firm's business administration, internal operations, and commercial coordination from its base in Dubai. He applies his academic training in management and marketing to the firm's daily work. That includes organising workflows, preparing presentations and business materials, supporting market and opportunity research, and helping the firm communicate a clear, consistent profile to partners and investors.

Shahin is in the final semester of a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Marketing and Management at Murdoch University Dubai, building on the Diploma of Business he previously earned there. His studies have given him a strong grounding in organisational management, strategic planning, market analysis, and brand positioning, which he puts to work in the firm's administrative and business development functions. He has also completed specialised professional training in UAE Free Zone business operations, sales, real estate marketing, and digital tools. This gives him a practical understanding of the regulatory and commercial environment in which the firm and its portfolio companies operate.

Alongside his role at the firm, Shahin works as a Real Estate Agent with Palladium Properties. There he manages client relationships through CRM systems, markets off-plan properties, and researches developer projects across Dubai's property market. That frontline exposure gives him current insight into one of the region's most active investment sectors. An earlier foundation in architectural studies and digital drafting adds a working fluency in the built environment to his commercial perspective. Fully bilingual in English and Arabic, Shahin communicates with ease across the region's local and international business communities.
